Description
The present teaching aid is intended for international students at Trakia University to facilitate their first attempts at studying Bulgarian language. The aid has been developed on the basis of the authors’ experience with the communication needs of foreign students and the difficulties they face at beginner’s level.
Its purpose is to build basic lexical, grammar and communication skills which can serve learners in real life situations.
The exercises included in the book are accessible and motivating for students who are taking their first steps in learning the language. Main grammar categories are introduced to exemplify the accurate and correct language use. They are related to essential vocabulary used in the everyday life of Bulgarians.
